Dao De Jing
The Dao De Jing, or The Book of the Way, is one of the fundamental texts for philosophical and religious Daoism. The book is attributed to Lǎozi, which translates to “Old Master,” a Chinese philosopher believed to have lived in the 6th century BC, around the same time as the Buddha. Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming examines the text from a Qìgōng perspective, exploring Lǎozi’s wisdom as a Qìgōng Master. A student will also learn deeper theory about the meaning of internal/external training, and Qìgōng energy alchemy.
